Advice and Information. At all times we provide honest, pragmatic advice and all the factual information that you need to make a decision, whether this concerns a particular area, property, school, or healthcare issue.
*Property Search. Through our network of contacts we can invariably find the property that you want, given time, should we not have it on our own books. Give us a specification of what you are looking for and, if the property exists, we will find it – the fun part of our business.
*Enabling. We can assist you with your application for your NIE (fiscal number), the setting up of a bank account and recommend tried and trusted English speaking lawyers and proven Gestorias and translations. We can also recommend surveyors, removal companies and tradesmen
*Property Pricing. The prices for the properties we offer for sale are Spanish prices. At all times we try to ensure that the sale price is the lowest on the market. If you find one of our properties at a higher price – let us know immediately and we shall rectify the disparity.
*Commission. We charge commission only to the seller.
*Negotiation. If you have a found a property, business or investment that you want - and it is not one that we have - then we can act entirely on your behalf as the buyer. We will negotiate the price with the seller or seller’s agent, enable the process of sale, meet with your lawyer and attend upon the Notaire. For this service we charge a flat fee of 1% of the gross price paid. Invariably, you will save this amount though our negotiating skills and advice.
*Investments. We only promote investments that have undergone an objective analysis. Unless we feel that a potential investment is worthwhile then we will neither promote nor advertise it.
*Businesses. Any decision to buy a business is one fraught with many obvious problems. Whilst it is rarely possible to know all the internal workings/finances of a business, we always try to obtain every possible item of information to help you make a decision.
*New Developments. We can monitor the building of a new build during the process of the works and send you reports and accompanying photographs.
*Corporate. If you are a company seeking to set up an office or business we can help you to find offices, computer specialists and other critical personnel. We can also advise you upon the business set-up process and recommend Assesorias to advise on tax implications and liabilities, National Insurance contributions, IVA and all aspects relating to running a business in Spain.
*Rental. We can assist you to find properties that are ideal for renting, both for the long and short term, whilst you are looking for a property to buy.
